Why We Created Senior Home Advisors

Over the years, the two of us have had the privilege of helping people through all kinds of moves, and somewhere along the way we both started to notice the same thing.

For seniors and the families who love them, these moves are rarely just about real estate.

They often begin with a family conversation — sometimes around the kitchen table, sometimes after a change in health, and sometimes after the loss of a loved one — when everyone is trying to figure out what the best next step looks like.

Those are the moments where we felt families needed more than a Realtor.

They needed patience, they needed someone to listen, they needed someone who truly understands how emotional and overwhelming these decisions can feel.

We both have such a soft spot for seniors and genuinely care about helping families find clarity during times that can feel uncertain.

Sometimes that means downsizing. Sometimes it means selling a longtime family home after a loss. Sometimes it means simply helping families understand what their options are before making any decisions at all.
